Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development in enterprise/web/cloud applications.
• 5+ years backend development with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka.
• 3+ years distributed caching experience.
• 3+ years cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure) in production.
• 3+ years microservices in cloud-native environments.
• 3+ years technical lead experience in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable, cloud-native services using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply domain-driven design, design patterns, secure coding, and automated testing across SDLC.
• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and KPI metrics.
• Enforce resiliency patterns (circuit breakers, retries, rate limiting) across services.
• Build real-time data pipelines leveraging Kafka or Pub/Sub with strict latency targets.
• Lead modernization and cost optimization across platforms and services.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
