Job summary

SQE (S-Quantum Engine) is seeking a senior backend engineer to design, develop, and scale robust APIs and microservices across distributed systems. You will work with Golang, Java Spring Boot, or Python, ensuring security, performance, and reliability in high-demand environments.

You will manage Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis, support CI/CD, and container platforms such as Docker/Kubernetes. A minimum of five years of backend experience and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
• Proficiency in Golang, Java Spring Boot, or Python.
• Solid experience in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Minimum 5 years professional backend development experience.
• Strong problem-solving, system thinking, and clean coding skills.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices.
• Excellent communication, proactive, adaptable, and collaborative.
• Prior experience in high-traffic, mission-critical systems is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Golang, Java Spring Boot, or Python with focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Manage SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and implement caching strategies.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and manage containerization with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Ensure system reliability, security, availability, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and troubleshoot technical issues.
