Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking backend engineers to build a next-generation HRIS platform that tightly integrates attendance, overtime, reimbursement, and payroll. You will design, implement, and scale backend services with a focus on data consistency and system resilience in a transaction-heavy environment.

The role requires 3–7 years of backend experience, strong Golang and PostgreSQL skills, and familiarity with RESTful or GraphQL APIs, distributed systems, and queues like

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Golang and PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of transactions, data modeling, and eventual consistency.
• Experience building RESTful APIs or GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching (Redis).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) is a plus.
• Bonus: payroll, HR tech, or ERP domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services that sync attendance, overtime, reimbursement, and payroll.
• Ensure high data integrity and system consistency under concurrent updates.
• Optimize and scale relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Design clear, extensible APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
• Implement event-driven architecture for efficient system-wide updates.
• Monitor and improve system reliability, latency, and error rates.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build a scalable HRIS platform.
