Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• At least 5 years in IT management roles with exposure to banking/financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with payments/middleware applications and gateway integrations.
• Understanding of multi-tenant database architectures.
• Proficiency in Java, Springboot, Flutter, GoLang, Python, Next.js, Node.js, Nest.js and React.js.
• Strong cloud knowledge of AWS and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle for SaaS POS, eCommerce Supply Chain solutions, and other platforms.
• Leverage knowledge of QRIS, payments infrastructure, and loyalty solutions to develop innovative products.
• Manage cloud deployments on AWS and GCP with scalability, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Guide development using the listed tech stack and promote best practices.
• Manage departmental budgeting, FinOps, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other teams to define scope and ensure timely delivery.
• Implement and manage Agile development methodologies.
