Job summary

Stockbit is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to own server-side logic and its integration with front-end platforms. You will translate business requirements into clean, scalable software and actively explore new technologies to improve the system.

You will build solid, secure APIs, optimize code for performance, and collaborate with Product, QA, and UI teams to ship features. The role emphasizes SOLID principles, testing, and robust cloud-based services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in one of Go, C++, Java, .NET or Python.
• Experience building scalable microservices with tracing and logging.
• Practices: Clean Architecture, SOLID, and unit testing.
• Experience with Event Stream Processing, Kafka.
• Familiar with GitLab or GitHub workflows.
• Experience using AWS/GCP services like SQS, DynamoDB, SES.
• Comfortable operating in a Linux environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-management to meet timelines and milestones.
