Job summary

Samudera Indonesia Tbk is seeking a SRA Project Development Staff in Jakarta to identify new project opportunities and manage client relationships. You will prepare tender submissions and coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and internal teams to craft competitive proposals.

The role involves site visits, bid participation, and ongoing market research to support business development efforts within logistics and related sectors. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil/Architecture/Construction Management or related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor new project opportunities from existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing project databases.
• Prepare company profiles, pre-qualification documents, and tender submissions including admin, technical and commercial docs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and internal teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Participate in site visits, pre-bid meetings, tender clarifications, bidding and negotiations.
• Monitor tender progress, maintain project documentation and prepare periodic reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development.

General Responsibilities 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area. 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements. 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts. 4.
