Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a QHSE Staff in Jakarta to support the implementation of an Integrated Management System and maintain essential QHSE documentation. You will assist in audits, reports, and risk assessments while ensuring compliance across the department.

The role requires a Diploma 3 in HSE or a Bachelor’s in OHS/K3 or Public Health with an OHS focus, plus proficiency in MS Office. Certification as Ahli K3 Umum is highly preferred and a collaborative, safety-minded approach is

• Ability to perform risk assessments and related documentation.
• Ahli K3 Umum certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report results of audits, inspections or incidents to supervisors or senior management.
• Maintain documentation related to QHSE activities, including audit reports, improvement recommendations, and compliance documents.
• Assist in preparing reports related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.
• Contribute to implementing the Integrated Management System and risk controls.

Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts. 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability. **Qualifications**1. Minimum Associate Degree (Diploma 3) in HSE, or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) or Public Health (with OHS specialization).2. Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).3. Capable of preparing routine QHSE reports, risk assessments, and other related documentation.4.
