Job summary

Samudera Indonesia seeks an HSE professional to assist in audits, inspections, and incident reporting, with a focus on preparing reports and recommendations. You will maintain QHSE documentation and support HSE program implementation across procedures, emergency response, and environmental practices.

The role requires basic HSE knowledge, on-site work, and willingness to participate in investigations and information security activities related to company assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HSE practices including safety procedures, fire prevention, emergency response, and waste management.
• Preferably certified in K3, First Aid, or Fire Safety.
• Able to prepare reports and documentation with attention to detail.
• Willing to work on-site (field/building projects).

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting HSE audits, inspections, and incident reporting, including preparing reports and recommendations.
• Maintain and manage QHSE documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Support the implementation of HSE programs, including safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental practices.
• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
