Job summary

We are seeking an experienced IT project manager to lead medium–large scale IT initiatives, ensuring scope, budget, and quality are met while guiding cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. PMP/PRINCE2 certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 8–12+ years experience as Project Management.
• Experience managing medium–large scale IT projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC / Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodology.
• Strong managing risk, issue, change management.
• Strong leadership & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality are met.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage project resources, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including C-level/Director/VP stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, escalations, and change requests.
• Monitor project budget, costs, resource utilization, and commercial impact.
• Ensure project governance, documentation, quality, and compliance are maintained.
• Drive project improvement through lessons learned and continuous improvement.
