Job summary

World Vision International (New) is seeking a Sponsorship Information Officer (SIO) to support sponsorship operations in Manggarai, Indonesia. The role focuses on administrating HOPE-based sponsorship information systems, monitoring RC presence and welfare, and aligning with policy standards.

Responsibilities include developing monitoring tools, maintaining SIS infrastructure, and delivering data-driven insights to field teams. Travel to project sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or related field.
• 2–3 years in data management or information systems.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with sponsorship programs or NGOs preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop monitoring tools for RC presence and welfare.
• Maintain and update the HOPE SIS data.
• Provide technical assistance to field staff.
• Produce monthly reports and data for leadership.
• Train staff on SIS and data management.
