World Vision International (New) seeks a Sponsorship Information Officer to support sponsorship operations across AP by administering the HOPE system and the Sponsorship Information System (SIS). This role ensures data accuracy and alignment with policies while supporting field staff and partners.

The SIO will develop monitoring tools, analyze RC presence and welfare data, and produce regular reports to drive program decisions, contributing to WVI’s mission to protect and empower children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or business administration.
• 2-3 years in data management or information systems.
• Experience with database management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with child sponsorship programs and community engagement models.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites.
• Proficiency in SIS software and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Sponsorship Information System (HOPE) and SIS for sponsorship operations.
• Develop and test monitoring tools for RC presence and welfare.
• Coordinate with Field Facilitators and operating model partners.
• Produce data and reports including monthly GNOD/RC performance and sponsorship analytics.
