Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking an SPI Mechanical Electrical Technician Staff 1 to join our facilities team in Jakarta. You’ll monitor, operate, and record data for HVAC, pumps, electrical panels, and plumbing, ensuring reliable, safe operation.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, responding to inquiries, assisting with equipment setup, and reporting defects. The role requires 1–2 years in building maintenance or MEP, and a relevant SMK/ Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as Building Maintenance / MEP Technician in commercial properties or high-rise buildings.
• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, elevators, and basic workplace safety (HSE) standards.

Main Responsibilities

1. Operate, monitor, and record daily operational data for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (HVAC, power, pumps, elevators).

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
