Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is hiring for an on-site facilities role in Cirebon, focusing on building operations, MEP familiarity, and tenant relations. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and service quality while preparing operational reports.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields and has 1–2 years of building management experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position is based in Cirebon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in building management, facility operations, or property operations.
• Basic understanding of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
• Strong coordination and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle tenant relations and complaint management professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform basic technical troubleshooting.
• Willing to be based in Cirebon and perform on-site operational supervision.

• General Responsibilities: Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including risk control; foster commitment to requirements; participate in investigations; engage in information security controls.

3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
