The role requires a technical degree and 2+ years in facility management, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. ISO familiarity is a plus, with a focus on safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building/facility/property management.
• Strong knowledge of building operations and MEP systems; budgeting and tenant management.
• ISO knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily building operations to keep facilities safe, functional, and efficient.
• Monitor building conditions; coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with vendors and contractors.
• Manage operational budgets, service contracts, rent collection, and tenant relations.
• Coordinate and administer permits and licenses to comply with regulations (advertisement, permits, parking, etc.).
• Supervise outsourced personnel (housekeeping, customer service, security, parking attendants) and ensure service levels.
• Coordinate tenant requests and concerns while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain accurate records related to building operations, permits, contracts, tenants, and manpower.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily building operations to ensure facilities, services, and common areas are maintained in a safe, functional, and efficient condition.

• Monitor building conditions, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and oversee service quality provided by vendors and contractors.

• Manage operational budgets, service contracts, rent collection processes, and tenant relations to support smooth property operations.

• Coordinate and administer operational permits and licenses, including advertisement permits (reklame), operational permits, parking permits, and other regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

• Supervise and coordinate outsourced personnel, including housekeeping, customer service, security, parking attendants, and other support services, ensuring performance standards and service levels are achieved.

• Coordinate tenant requests, complaints, and operational issues while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to building operations, permits, contracts, tenants, and outsourced manpower.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department’s work area.

• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building/facility/property management.

• Strong knowledge of building operations and MEP systems, budgeting, tenant management, and integrated management systems (ISO is an advantage).

• Leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and strong team coordination.
