Job summary

Winod Ritel Indonesia in Surabaya is seeking a motivated Lead Store Associate to join our team in a hybrid role. You will lead daily store operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences across in-store and occasional remote tasks.

You will help with stock, visual merchandising, POS accuracy, and collaboration with the store manager to hit sales targets. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a supervisory retail role and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities
