Job summary

ZTE Indonesia is seeking a Spare Parts Logistics Manager to oversee the complete spare parts operation for the MS Project across Indonesia. You will ensure timely availability and delivery, coordinate with regional teams, and manage warehouse and inventory control.

The role requires 5+ years in spare parts/logistics, familiarity with ERP/WMS/ECC, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead multi-site teams and communicate with stakeholders. This is a full-time on-site position in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in spare parts, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain management; telecom/MS project experience preferred.
• Proven experience in regional/multi-site spare parts management and logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and asset management.
• Experience in spare parts consumption tracking, failure analysis, and inventory reporting.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS/ECC or other inventory/asset management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
• Good experience in team management and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to coordinate with regional teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple locations, and respond to urgent spare parts requirements.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage for communication with Chinese management or project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall spare parts operation and logistics for the MS Project, ensuring timely availability and delivery of spare parts.
• Manage regional spare parts logistics, including transportation, distribution, and coordination with regional teams.
• Oversee spare parts warehouse operations and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
• Maintain accurate spare parts inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliation and physical inventory checks.
• Monitor and investigate spare parts and asset losses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular spare inventory, consumption, and parts failure reports for management review.
• Track spare parts consumption and analyze parts failure trends to support inventory planning and operational improvement.
• Manage warehouse facilities for spare parts, consumables, sundries, and test equipment, ensuring proper storage and availability.
• Ensure all faulty boards are properly registered in the ECC system for repair and replacement (R&R) processes.
• Coordinate with O&M, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and regional teams to ensure efficient spare parts management.
• Monitor spare parts KPI, inventory accuracy, utilization, and loss control, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and provide operational updates directly to the MS Director.
