Job summary

Ovolo Hotels Group in Bali seeks a Spa & Wellness Manager to lead our Salon & Spa, 24-hour Gym Centre, Sauna, and Pilates facilities, where wellbeing meets Mamaka energy.

You will oversee daily operations, inspire therapists and wellness teams, and curate guest-focused experiences while upholding safety and service standards. Indonesian-only and Bali-based, you’ll collaborate with hotel operations and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Spa / Wellness / Fitness management.
• Strong leadership with a guest-first mindset.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and lifestyle trends.
• Organized, hands-on, and great with people.
• Able to manage multiple wellness facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Salon, Spa, and Wellness facilities.
• Lead and inspire therapists, trainers, and wellness teams.
• Curate guest focused wellness experiences and offerings.
• Ensure service quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.
• Drive revenue through treatments, memberships, and wellness services.
• Collaborate with fitness partners and wellness brands for activations and partnerships.
• Work closely with Hotel Operations & Marketing teams.
