Job summary

PT YMK Centra Lifestyle in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead the pre-opening and daily operations of a premium spa and wellness destination in Pantai Indah Kapuk. The ideal candidate will drive revenue, build a high-performing team of therapists, receptionists and support staff, while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.

English is required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of managerial experience in spa, massage, or wellness industries.
• Prior pre-opening experience is highly preferred, including setting up spa operations, systems, and SOPs from scratch.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience managing sizable teams.
• Solid understanding of massage treatments, spa operations, service standards, and therapist management.
• Commercially minded, proactive, hands-on, and willing to take ownership of operational performance.
• Good branding, marketing, sales initiatives, and customer retention.
• Good command of English is required; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Opening & Business Setup: Lead preparations, recruitment, training, systems implementation, and spa readiness.
• SOP Development: Establish and maintain comprehensive SOPs for consistent service quality and premium standards.
• Revenue & Business Performance: Drive sales, hit monthly targets, optimize therapist productivity and room utilization.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage spa staff. Build a disciplined, service-oriented team.
• Branding & Marketing: Collaborate on brand positioning, campaigns, partnerships, and customer acquisition/retention.
• Guest Experience: Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction, handle feedback professionally, ensure premium service.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily spa operations, scheduling, inventory, cost control, and reporting.
