PT Tirta Kumala Sari is seeking a Wellness Business Lead to head Urban Wellness operations in Bogor, overseeing spa activities, marketing initiatives, and sales performance. This on-site role focuses on elevating service quality, attracting new customers, and increasing retention through strategic campaigns and partnerships.

The candidate will lead staff, shape SOPs, and drive cost-efficient operations while achieving revenue targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in spa, wellness, beauty or hospitality industries.
• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in managing spa operations and achieving sales targets.
• Strong marketing strategy and customer acquisition knowledge.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation and team management skills.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth, profitable activities.
• Manage therapists, receptionists and operational staff.
• Develop and implement operational SOPs and ensure compliance.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, acquisition and traffic.
• Plan and coordinate promotions, packages and memberships.
• Establish monthly sales and revenue targets and monitor performance.
• Prepare regular operational, marketing, and sales reports.
