Job summary

AccorHotels Indonesia is seeking a Spa Therapist in Bali to welcome guests with professional spa services and exceptional hospitality.

You will perform massages, maintain spa facilities, and ensure personalized guest care daily, including weekend shifts, contributing to a relaxing guest experience in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Knowledge of body massage, facial, and beauty treatments.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Well-groomed, professional, and passionate about wellness and hospitality.
• Flexible to work on weekends and shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage while maintaining the client's comfort at all times.
• Responsible for all forms of cleaning, maintenance and replenishment of the Spa facility throughout the day, with attention to detail to ensure exceptional quality of service is maintained.

Job Description
