You will greet guests warmly, assess needs, and ensure comfort, privacy, and safety throughout each treatment, while preparing rooms and coordinating with reception to manage bookings.

• Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and safety during the treatment
• Prepare the treatment room, linens, oils, and equipment before each treatment
• Clean and organize the treatment room and spa area before and after each treatment
• Check and maintain spa equipment and report any damage or problems to the supervisor
• Follow the treatment schedule and ensure treatments start and finish on time
• Coordinate with Spa Reception and other departments regarding guest bookings and requests
• Maintain good personal hygiene, grooming, and a professional appearance at all times
