Job summary

Dijiwa Sanctuaries, Korurua Dijiwa Ubud, seeks a dedicated Spa Therapist to deliver thoughtful, personalized treatments that restore balance and nurture guests. As part of the spa team you will maintain the highest hygiene and professionalism, conduct thoughtful consultations, and tailor therapies to guest needs.

You will collaborate with reception, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a seamless journey from booking to departure.

Responsibilities

• Provide professionally delivered massage, body, facial, and other signature spa treatments according to guest preferences, treatment protocols, and Dijiwa service standards.
• Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand each guest’s needs, wellness goals, sensitivities, and expectations, then recommend suitable treatments where appropriate.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before each guest arrival and maintain impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the shift.
• Monitor guest comfort and wellbeing during treatments, adapting your approach with care and communicating clearly to ensure a trusted and comfortable experience.
• Coordinate with spa reception, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to support smooth guest journeys from booking through departure.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, product usage, and operational reports while protecting guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance the quality of treatments, guest feedback, product sales, and the overall Dijiwa wellness experience.

About The Role

Join the Sanctuary for the Soul at Dijiwa Sanctuaries as a Spa Therapist at our Korurua Dijiwa Ubud retreat. You will deliver thoughtful, personalized treatments that help guests feel restored, balanced, and deeply cared for. Grounded in warm Indonesian hospitality, you will combine technical expertise with a genuine guest-first mindset to create memorable wellness experiences.

This role is ideal for a dedicated spa professional who takes pride in their craft, communicates with empathy, and understands that exceptional service begins with attentive listening. You will work closely with the Spa team and other colleagues across the property to deliver seamless treatments, maintain the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism, and make every guest feel valued.
