Minimum 2 years of professional spa therapy experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. Certified in massage therapy and spa treatments from an accredited institution. Good command of English (written and spoken); Indonesian language proficiency is an advantage. Must possess a positive attitude, strong guest service orientation, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
