Job summary

Escape Haven Bali in Canggu, Bali invites skilled spa therapists to join a tranquil wellness retreat. You will provide relaxing massage treatments, assess guest needs, and recommend suitable therapies while maintaining a calm and hygienic environment.

With at least 3 years in luxury hospitality or spa settings, you communicate with international guests in basic English, work with a close-knit team, and uphold high standards of care. A massage or spa therapy certificate is appreciated.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a spa, wellness retreat, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of massage techniques and basic anatomy.
• Good communication skills and basic English skills to communicate with international guests.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Provide relaxing and professional massage treatments and spa therapies based on each guest's needs.

Talk with guests before treatments to understand their health conditions, preferences, and concerns.

Recommend suitable treatments and wellness services to guests.

Create a calm, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa areas.

Handle guest questions or concerns with care and professionalism.

Keep guest treatment records accurate and confidential.

Work closely with the spa team and other departments to provide excellent guest service.

Learn about spa products and treatments to give guests the right recommendations.

Help promote spa treatments and packages when suitable.

For Ayurvedic Therapists: Experience in traditional Ayurvedic treatments, such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, or Panchakarma, is an advantage.

What We Are Looking For
