Job summary

Resting Koala & Hutan Spa in Bali is seeking a hands-on Spa Operations Manager to lead the daily running of our spa, owning scheduling, service quality, guest experience, and profitability. You will recruit and manage therapists and front-desk staff, ensure hygiene, handle inventory and procurement, monitor budgets, and respond to guest feedback while coordinating with hotel partners as needed.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality operations
• Proven track record managing teams and daily operations in a guest-facing service environment
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Solid understanding of spa treatments, therapist scheduling, and service quality standards
• Good financial acumen — comfortable with budgets, cost control, and revenue tracking
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving under pressure

Responsibilities
