Job summary

Synergy Pro in Bali is seeking a Spa Manager to lead the daily operations of a new boutique spa in Canggu, delivering luxury service standards and strong commercial results.

You will supervise therapists and reception, drive revenue, manage costs and inventory, and build relationships with the local community to support a successful launch and ongoing performance. Experience in launching a new spa is highly preferred; 3–5 years in spa management with strong financial understanding is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience as Spa Manager / Assistant Spa Manager.
• Experience in high-end spa or 4/5-star hospitality.
• Strong financial & commercial understanding.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong sales & upselling ability.
• Familiar with POS, booking systems & inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of Canggu/Seminyak market.
• Experience launching a new spa is highly preferred.
