Job summary

Gandum Uluwatu in Uluwatu, Bali, is launching a Wellness & Spa Club and seeks an experienced Spa Manager to lead daily operations, staff, and guest experiences.

You will develop treatments, memberships, and wellness programs; maintain high service and hygiene standards; manage scheduling, inventory, costs, revenue, and staff performance; and collaborate with the marketing team to boost bookings and grow the brand across Bali.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Spa Manager or similar role.
• Minimum 3 years in spa, wellness, hospitality, or related businesses.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of sales and revenue.
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, and building a new business.
