Job summary

Four Seasons Bali is seeking a skilled kitchen professional to plan, organize and direct the Kitchen Department’s food preparation, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.

The role requires 1+ years in a luxury hotel kitchen or similar environment, strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication, and a guest-centric approach focused on high standards and guest satisfaction. Working hours are early mornings and weekdays to weekends.

About the location

About The Role

Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Kitchen Department responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency.
