Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is seeking an Engineer III to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hotel facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient environment for guests and staff. You will support daily operations through preventive maintenance and timely corrective actions.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent technical education, 2–4 years of building maintenance or hotel engineering experience, and strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent technical education.
2–4 years of experience in building maintenance or hotel engineering.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and fire & Life Safety systems.
Ability to operate computer systems for maintenance reporting.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and service mindset.
Technical certifications or trade licenses are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests from guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Handle emergencies and safety incidents.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and work orders.
Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and engineering standards.
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer III to join our Engineering team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing hotel facilities and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for guests and employees. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the Engineering Department through preventive maintenance and timely corrective actions.

What You Will Do

Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and building systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, and related equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Handle emergency situations, including power failures, equipment breakdowns, and safety-related incidents.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and work orders.
Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and engineering standards.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What You Bring

Diploma or equivalent technical education.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in building maintenance, hotel engineering, or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of: Electrical systems, HVAC systems, Plumbing systems, Mechanical equipment, Fire & Life Safety systems
Ability to operate computer systems for maintenance reporting and documentation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Technical certifications or trade licenses are an advantage
