Job summary

We are seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join Tropical Group Bali's culinary team in Bali. The role focuses on leading daily kitchen operations, upholding hygiene standards, and coordinating staff to deliver high-quality dishes.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in fast-paced kitchens, strong menu development skills, and the ability to manage inventory and staff effectively in a busy resort or restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and HACCP where applicable.
• Lead and coordinate kitchen staff to meet daily objectives and service quality.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and utilization of kitchen supplies.
• Create and develop diverse menu items and recipes to reflect the brand.
