We are inviting applications for the role of S2P (Sourcing) Manager.
As a Sourcing Manager, you will independently manage end-to-end sourcing projects while also supporting and mentoring junior buyers. Your primary focus will be on identifying negotiation opportunities, driving cost savings, and ensuring sourcing activities meet client requirements and procurement policies.
Procure goods and services, obtain quotations, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts of low to moderate value/risk in line with client requirements.
Manage RFP, RFX, and RFQ processes through formal ERP/procurement tools.
Demonstrate a strong understanding and hands‑on experience with eAuction processes.
Understand upstream and downstream sourcing processes, including S2P (Source-to-Pay) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay).
Proactively identify and manage planned operational spend opportunities within defined spend levels.
Manage transactional buying desk activities and support broader category management activities, including raising purchase orders.
Conduct quotation analysis and provide recommendations based on supplier suitability, reliability, operational requirements, and client procurement policies/sourcing guidelines.
Negotiate with suppliers on both commercial and non-commercial clauses in accordance with established guidelines.
Obtain approval from the Client Category Manager for finalized sourcing projects.
Support contract drafting based on instructions from the client and Senior Buyer.
Record and maintain savings in the Client Savings Database.
Engage with operational teams to review sourcing pipelines and track savings opportunities.
Work closely with Category Managers and business units to establish and deliver procurement requirements, strategic benefits, and compliance with existing procurement contracts.
Effectively manage internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, support business performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for the client and maintain strong client relationships.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
5 8 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing, preferably within a leading FMCG organization, either local or multinational.
Experience in one or more of the following categories is preferred:
Professional Services
Media
Topline/Marketing Spend
Capex
Hands‑on experience with Zycus (preferred), Coupa, Ariba, or similar procurement/CRM systems.
Experience with AI-based intake/orchestration tools such as ORO, Avammo, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Green Belt, Black Belt, or other recognized Lean certification will be preferred.
Sourcing and/or Project Management certification or relevant coursework will be an advantage.
US/UK sourcing experience will be preferred.
Bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
For Indonesia-based hiring, graduates from Top 5 universities in Indonesia will be strongly preferred.
Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related discipline will be an advantage.
Graduate from a Top 5 university in Indonesia.
Experienced Procurement/Sourcing Manager from a leading FMCG organization, either local or multinational.
Strong experience managing categories such as Professional Services, Media, Topline/Marketing Spend, and/or Capex.
Alternatively, a high-performing Senior Supervisor from a recognized Management Trainee, Leadership Development, or Talent Pool program with demonstrated leadership potential.

Cost avoidance and cost reduction are key performance deliverables. Savings should be generated through proactive sourcing, effective spend analysis, and strong opportunity identification.
Annual target: 7% savings on spend.
Improve the client's cash flow through better payment terms. Effective preparation and negotiation should be used to improve upon pre‑agreed payment terms.
Target: Improve payment terms by 3 days above the baseline.
Continuously review the tail‑spend supplier base and identify opportunities for supplier consolidation or reduction.
Target: 6% year-on-year reduction in the supplier base.
Drive touchless procurement by reviewing recurring purchases and identifying opportunities to introduce supplier catalogues, supported by appropriate contracts and negotiated rate cards.
Target: 6% year-on-year increase in catalogues against the baseline.
Ensure sourcing requests are completed within the agreed turnaround time based on project value and client requirements.
Target: Maintain 90% overall SLA adherence.
Maintain strong customer satisfaction across sourcing projects handled and completed.
Target: Customer feedback/rating above 4 out of 5.
