Job summary

SYNERGI MULTI DAYA PRATAMA is seeking a Sales Surfactant and Sales Food Ingredient professional for an office-based role in Indonesia. You will identify and develop new customers, maintain relationships with existing clients, and tailor surfactant and food ingredient solutions to customer needs.

Responsibilities include presenting products, creating quotations, negotiating prices, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Food Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in chemical/raw materials.
• Experience or understanding of surfactants and food ingredients is a plus.
• Understanding of industries such as detergent, personal care, cosmetic, home care, textile, paint, or chemical is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Search for and develop new customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Offer surfactant products according to customer needs.
• Conduct product presentations and provide basic technical solutions to customers.
• Create quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders.
• Achieve predetermined sales targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor price developments and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and technical teams for customer requirements.
