Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).
• Experience in application engineering, technical support, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
• Proficient in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions to customers based on their requirements.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application proposals.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support customer projects and achieve business targets.
• Conduct product testing, troubleshooting, and technical evaluations.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide after-sales technical support.
