Job summary

PT Torishima Services Indonesia is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to build and manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and tailor technical solutions. You will present products, prepare quotations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proactive, target-driven mindset. Based in Bekasi MM2100 Industrial Estate, travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major (Engineering background is an advantage).
• Professional appearance with a confident and customer-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable delivering presentations and conducting product demonstrations.
• Good command of English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and technical solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in collaboration with the internal team.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, negotiations, and sales opportunities to achieve business targets.
• Coordinate with the Engineering, Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Build long-term partnerships with customers by delivering excellent service and after-sales support.
