Job summary

Qualifications

• S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.0.
• Language(s) requirement: Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Fresh Graduate 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have a good in communication, selling & technical skill.
• Computer Literate.
• Able to analyze the problem and solve the problem.
• Have an orientation to achieve sales target.
• Responsible and good attitude.
• High self Motivation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to achieve annual revenue of Sales Budget/Sales Target.
• Work closely with existing and new prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in existing and new prospective customers.
• Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.
• Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendation to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
• Making technical presentation and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs, in laboratory and plant trial.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Offering and do an after-sales support services
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
