Job summary

NEXA in Semarang seeks a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to design and execute test plans for web and mobile apps in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will perform manual testing, document defects, and work with developers to reproduce and resolve issues before releases.

You will participate in requirements reviews, contribute to QA standards, and help refine QA processes to improve reliability and user experience. A related degree and Agile familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manual Testing, including test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
• Strong understanding of Software Development processes and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Experience with test management tools, issue tracking, and basic SQL or API testing is beneficial.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.
