Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Engineering, or Business.
• 5+ years in Customer Success, TAM, Consulting, or IT Services.
• Experience with enterprise networking, data center, cybersecurity, and Collaboration tech.
• Strong knowledge of software adoption and customer lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and IT leadership.
• Develop and execute Customer Success Plans aligned to business goals.
• Serve as primary contact for software adoption and value realization.
• Drive adoption across Networking, Data Center, Security, and Collaboration portfolios.
• Monitor usage, health metrics, and adoption KPIs to ensure outcomes.
• Guide customers through the Customer Success Lifecycle (Onboard to Renew).
• Collaborate with Cisco and NTT Data teams to ensure successful deployment.
