Job summary

tiket.com in Jakarta is seeking a backend developer to build and extend robust APIs for our frontend apps, applying SOLID and Clean Code. You will optimize performance, maintain tests, and help evolve our services.

You should have 0–2 years in backend development, with hands-on experience in Golang and Java, plus exposure to Redis/Memcached, Elasticsearch, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes. Strong problem solving and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• 0-2 years of experience in backend development.
• Experienced in using Golang and Java.
• Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend backend code based on SOLID Principle and Clean Code.
• Build APIs that serve our frontend apps – Benchmark and improve performance.
• Maintain and extend our test suite.
• Refactor and improve existing code to incorporate better patterns.
• Document and write about the work.
• Create unit tests and implement self tests to ensure code quality.
