Job summary

PT Quality Works in Lamongan, East Java, seeks an experienced Software Engineer for a full-time role to design, develop, and maintain software solutions supporting our manufacturing operations.

You will work with PHP and CodeIgniter, manage PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable software. Knowledge of FileMaker is a plus and motivation to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS or related field (D3/D4/S1).
• Minimum 1 year of programming in the manufacturing industry.
• ERP experience: building, customizing, implementing ERP systems.
• Proficient in PHP and CodeIgniter.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Knowledge of Git version control.
• Knowledge of FileMaker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• ERP development: formulate requirements, design, and implement ERP systems across the company.
• Database & System Monitoring: monitor data traffic, optimize database volumes, and maintain performance.
• Quality & User Experience: ensure software products are functional, stable, secure, and user-friendly for staff.
