Job summary

Dunia Wahana Hiburan is seeking a Social Media Specialist to develop and execute cross-platform campaigns, manage monthly content plans, and create engaging creative briefs. You will drive campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Threads, leveraging analytics to optimize performance.

You will craft compelling copy, monitor campaigns, and collaborate with other teams to boost brand awareness and audience engagement in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Marketing or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in social media roles
• Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads
• Proficient in social media analytics, copywriting, content marketing and trends

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, monthly content planning and creative concepts.
• Create detailed creative briefs and optimize execution using targeted captions, hashtags, and CTAs.
• Design, monitor, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns for events, promos, and product launches.
• Track and analyze key metrics using analytics tools to compile weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable strategic recommendations.
• Enhance follower engagement, adapt swiftly to algorithm changes, and identify innovative viral marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication Science, Public Relations, Management or any related study.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketing, Content Strategist, or any relevant position.

Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and other social media platforms.

Proficient in social media analytics, copywriting, content marketing, and trends.

Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
