Ateria in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to drive brand storytelling across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms. You will develop long-term strategies, plan content calendars, and lead creative teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze engagement and campaign performance, align content with the brand identity, and collaborate with marketing, operations and creative teams to deliver impactful digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in F&B or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and content planning.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing social media activities across platforms.
• Ability to develop and evaluate content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Ability to analyze social media insights and campaign performance.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut and analytics tools.

• 6. Proficient in Canva, CapCut, analytics platforms and other relevant digital tools.
• 7. Creative, detail oriented, communicative and able to work in a fast paced environment under deadlines.
