PT Samiya Bali Group is seeking a Creative Social Media Manager to plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content across platforms in English and Bahasa Indonesia. You will manage daily posts, stories, reels, and interactions while maintaining the brand voice and coordinating shoots.

The role requires strong video editing and design skills, organizational strengths, and the ability to work independently. Experience in hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong video editing skills across short-form content (Reels/TikTok).
• Photo editing and graphic design using Canva, Lightroom, or Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Post daily stories and regular feed content, reels, and updates.
• Edit videos and reels with cuts, transitions, captions, music, color correction; edit photos for posting.
• Reply to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate photo and video shoots; develop a monthly content calendar.
• Maintain brand tone, look, and messaging across platforms; track performance and report.
• Support management with bookings, promotions, and other admin tasks.
