Job summary

PT Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia is seeking a hands-on Social Media & Graphic Designer to join our Bali team. In this full-time role, you will craft engaging social content and visual campaigns for our hospitality brands, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

You'll manage daily posting, run Meta Ads, create campaign visuals, and edit videos for Reels and TikTok while ensuring a consistent visual identity across all platforms. Bali-based role with room for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads and campaign optimization.
• Strong content performance understanding.

Responsibilities

About the role

PT Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia is seeking an experienced Social Media & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content and campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement for our leading hospitality brands in Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our digital presence and connect with our customers in innovative ways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily social media (plan and execute content & posting schedule)
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (IG/FB Ads)
• Manage digital campaigns & promotions
• Analyse performance and provide insights
• Design campaign visuals, posters, and digital ads
• Do video editing for Reels & TikTok
• Maintain consistent visual identity across all platforms

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years experiences in digital marketing/social media
• Hands-on with Meta Ads (must)
• Understand content + performance (not just aesthetic)
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Able to use DSLR camera
• Able to do video editing (CapCut/Premiere/AE basic)
• Fast, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Experience in F&B is a plus
