Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Indonesia is seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist to join our Sanur team in Bali. This hands-on role focuses on planning, creating and managing engaging social media content for multiple brands in tourism and hospitality.

You will develop monthly calendars, tailor content for platforms, edit videos with CapCut/Adobe, design assets in Canva, and monitor performance to optimise campaigns. Based in Bali, you’ll work from our Sanur office, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for businesses/brands.
• Strong graphic design and visual content skills.
• Good eye for design, layout and branding.
• Proficient with Canva, Adobe or similar design tools.
• Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Able to edit short-form and longer videos from existing footage.

We are a Bali-based marketing agency working primarily with tourism and hospitality businesses, including resorts, villas, liveaboards, dive and surf businesses, and travel brands.

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team in Sanur.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan, create and manage engaging social media content for different businesses and brands.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage social media content for multiple client accounts

Develop content ideas and monthly content calendars

Create engaging Instagram and Facebook carousels and static posts

Edit Reels and short-form videos

Create YouTube Shorts and thumbnails

Create static, carousel and video creatives for advertising campaigns

Write captions and social media copy

Adapt content for different platforms and formats

Schedule and publish content

Monitor social media performance and identify what works

Keep content, assets and files organised

Coordinate content requirements and deadlines with the team

Requirements

Previous professional experience managing social media for businesses or brands

Strong graphic design and visual content skills

Good eye for design, layout and branding

Strong Canva, Adobe or similar design skills

Good video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar

Able to edit both short-form and longer videos from existing footage

Creative, organized and able to meet deadlines

Comfortable working across multiple brands and projects

Based in Bali and available to work from our Sanur office Monday–Friday

Experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, villas, resorts, diving, surfing or similar industries is highly preferred.
