PT Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia is seeking a hands-on Social Media & Graphic Designer to join our Bali team. In this full-time role, you will craft engaging social content and visual campaigns for our hospitality brands, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

You'll manage daily posting, run Meta Ads, create campaign visuals, and edit videos for Reels and TikTok while ensuring a consistent visual identity across all platforms. Bali-based role with room for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads and campaign optimization.
• Strong content performance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily social media content and posting schedules.
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook).
• Manage digital campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze performance and derive actionable insights.
• Design visuals for campaigns, posters, and ads.
• Edit videos for Reels and TikTok.
• Maintain consistent visual identity across platforms.
