Job summary

Adecco Indonesia is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager for a Bali-based property company. The role is hybrid with responsibilities spanning content creation, video editing, and performance-driven campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads.

You will lead founder-led and scalable content, collaborate with marketing and sales teams, and optimize campaigns to boost reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation, video editing, social media, and/or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of performance on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Meta, both organic and paid.
• Ability to create engaging video content and use it strategically to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Excellent storytelling, hooks, audience attention, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit compelling long-form and short-form video content.
• Develop founder-led content for LinkedIn and other channels.
• Create and manage content for Meta platforms, across organic and paid campaigns.
• Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach.
• Develop content that supports email funnels, nurture sequences, and lead generation.
• Test and optimize hooks, thumbnails, formats, messaging, and creative approaches.
• Monitor content performance and translate insights into improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, ads, sales, and funnel teams.
• Continuously optimize content to drive reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Build scalable content systems and workflows to increase output and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and scalability.
