Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and grow our client's brand presence across Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube. You will create and execute multichannel campaigns that drive engagement and support business goals.

The role requires hands-on use of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, YouTube Studio, and Hootsuite, plus strong copywriting in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in digital marketing are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Proficiency with Indonesian and English content creation and adaptation.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on proficiency with platform management tools including Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, YouTube Studio, and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and format across platforms and audiences
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to create content and communicate effectively in both languages
