The Cakap Group - Corporate in Bali, Indonesia is seeking a talented Videographer & Photographer to capture high-quality photo and video content across hospitality projects and client campaigns.

You will collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams, edit assets for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and websites, and maintain a well-organized digital library aligned with each brand’s guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia or related field.
• 1–3 years hands-on experience as Photographer, Videographer, or Visual Content Creator.
• Strong portfolio/showreel in lifestyle/hospitality sectors.
• Proficient in editing software and social media video formats.
• Team player with strong time-management and deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site at various properties and in office.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content for internal and client brands (food & beverages, interiors, hospitality).
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Social Media Specialists on briefs and storyboards.
• Edit footage and photos into polished assets for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and websites.
• Provide edited assets to Graphic Design team for marketing collateral.
• Support content capture during client engagements, brand activations, and events.
• Maintain an organized digital library of raw and edited files.
• Stay updated on social media trends and visual styles to keep content fresh.
• Ensure output aligns with brand guidelines and tone for each project.

What You Will Contribute:

As our Videographer & Photographer, you will be the visual storyteller for The Cakap Group and our diverse client portfolio. Working closely with the Marketing and Social Media teams, your primary focus will be capturing high-quality photo and video content, from vibrant culinary dishes and hotel ambiances to dynamic events, and editing them into engaging digital assets that elevate our brand presence.

What You Will Do:

• Capture high-quality photo and video content for internal and client brands, focusing on food & beverages, interior spaces, hospitality facilities, and lifestyle concepts.
• Work alongside the Social Media Manager to execute creative briefs, shot lists, and storyboards for various campaigns.
• Edit raw footage and photos into polished, professional-quality assets suitable for various digital platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and websites).
• Provide high-quality, edited visual assets to be utilized by the Graphic Design team for marketing collateral (posters, banners, pitch decks).
• Support content capture during client engagements, brand activations, soft openings, and special events.
• Maintain a highly organized digital library of raw and edited files, ensuring easy access for the wider Marketing team.
• Stay updated on current social media trends, camera techniques, and F&B/hospitality visual styles to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Ensure all visual output aligns with the specific brand guidelines and aesthetic tone of each respective project or client.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of hands‑on experience as a Photographer, Videographer, or Visual Content Creator.
• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating proficiency in photography, videography, and lighting, specifically within the lifestyle, hospitality, or F&B sectors.
• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of social media video formats, pacing, and trends (especially Reels and TikTok).
• A team player who can effectively collaborate with Marketing Managers, Social Media Specialists, and Graphic Designers to bring a shared vision to life.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple shoot schedules and editing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both on-site at various properties and in the office.
