Job summary

PT. Omni Terra Trading Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Social Media & E-Commerce Marketing Staff to manage our Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms, creating promotional content and updating product listings.

You will work with the Sales & Marketing team to grow brand awareness and drive sales, monitor trends, respond to inquiries, and help plan promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate has at least one year experience and a creative mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or E-Commerce.
• Understand and able to manage Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and other marketplace platforms
• Creative in creating content, advertisements, designs, and promotional materials
• Follow digital trends, understand viral content, and able to develop attractive content ideas
• Able to operate computers proficiently and master Microsoft Office
• Basic design and photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar applications) is a plus
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
• Proactive, creative, high initiative, and able to work individually and in teams

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer company social media accounts and marketplace platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and others)
• Create and upload promotional content, product advertisements, promotional information, and company activities regularly
• Develop photo, video, design, and caption materials for digital marketing needs
• Monitor social media trends, viral products, and popular content to increase engagement and sales
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media accounts
• Update and manage product information, photos, descriptions, and prices on marketplace platforms
• Assist in planning and executing promotional strategies through social media and marketplace
• Monitor content performance and account activity, and prepare regular progress reports
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to support brand awareness and company sales growth
