Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, is expanding nationwide to offer trusted electronics at affordable prices. You’ll join the Social Media team in Jakarta to shape how customers discover and engage with our brand across digital platforms with creative content and data‑driven campaigns.

Working with Marketing and Store Operations, you’ll manage social media channels, run campaigns, optimize ads, and report performance to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to online and offline

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields, GPA 3.00.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling for digital platforms.
• Proficient in photo/video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva.
• Experience managing digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, campaign performance metrics, and audience targeting.
• Creative, proactive, and adaptable to digital trends and platform updates.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Develop creative content ideas and concepts for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Create and edit photo and video content aligned with brand guidelines and audiences.
• Write engaging captions and promotional copy highlighting features and offers.
• Plan and manage the social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Manage official social media accounts, posting, engagement monitoring, and responses.
• Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Support store promotions and drive traffic to online and offline channels through content.
• Monitor campaign metrics and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
